Lively Link™ is a smartphone app designed to provide updates on the health and safety of loved ones who have subscribed to the Lively Health and Safety plan.

With Link, you can stay informed about your loved one's well-being, offering you peace of mind. You can effortlessly check in with them anytime and anywhere, without causing any disturbance, allowing them to maintain their independence.

Link offers exclusive features that not only help your loved one stay independent but also reassure you.

Once you have accepted the invitation from your loved one and successfully set up Link, you gain access to the following features:

• Receive Emergency Alerts: Link sends you real-time notifications when your loved one contacts Urgent Response on their Lively device. This enables you to make quick decisions and promptly follow up.
• Retrieve Location: By enabling the locator permissions, you can view your loved one's location on a map and receive updates if their location changes. General updates are provided approximately every 20 minutes. In emergencies, first responders receive location updates every 30 seconds.
• Check Activities: Based on the information in the Lively device user's Personal Profile, Link allows you to monitor whether appointments are being kept and provides other activity reports.
• Check Device Status: Ensure your loved one always has access to professional assistance during emergency situations. Link allows you to monitor the Lively device's battery status and notifies you when the battery is low, so you can remind your loved one to recharge or replace it, thereby ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
• Get Articles to Help You Support Your Loved One: The resource center in Link features informative articles, advice, and tips for seniors and their loved ones, providing valuable guidance and support.
• Personalization: Customize your app experience with Link's settings. You can choose which notifications you receive, add a picture of your loved one, and even save their phone number, allowing you to call them directly from the app.
